8one8 Matador Red Ale

Red Ale - American Amber / Red | 5.8% ABV

Commercial Description:

Grab your next beer by the horns. The Amarillo and Centennial hops produce citrus and floral tones which balance out the seven styles of grain making up the malt bill. It's this profile that creates seductive caramel notes and a soft chocolate finish, sitting smoothly on your tongue. This balance and complexity make it a red ale to remember! Brewed four miles west of campus by Matador Alumni!
