As the third generation of his family to grow grapes in Burgundy, his approach reflects an inherited conscience from his father, Alain, who was a pioneer in organic viticulture and winemaking. Continuing the commitment to sustainable and organic practices, his wines capture the authenticity of their terroir and deliver purity, finesses and elegance. From his villages wines to his premiers crus wines, Aurélien captures the distinctive flavors of origin with lively fruit expression, bright acids and fine tannins.
