Baldoria Dry Umami Vermouth

Liqueur - Vermouth | 18% ABV

Commercial Description:

If you're looking for a vermouth that's more on the savoury side, this expression from Baldoria is just the thing! Boasting rich, earthy character and gentle salinity, this fascinating vermouth is created by macerating porcini mushrooms and kombu seaweed. We can imagine this working exceedingly well in Dirty Martinis and other more savoury cocktails.

Tasting Notes

Earthy with wafts of pine and musty spice, hints of brine, and woody herbs.
