Commercial Description:

This is a single cask of Classic rum from the original batch that was created in 2001 and has been in a single cask for the last 17 years. This is a mixture of pot and column still rum from throughout the Caribbean.

Nose: Fresh, lemony, raisins, cake mix, dry and nutty, walnuts and almonds.

Flavour: Definate Jamaican influence to the front, then some hints of diesel, burnt olive oil, chocolate orange cake and quite waxy.

Finish: waxy builds up withsoft spice hoisin sauce
