Derrumbes 'Zacatecas' Mezcal

Mezcal | 47.4% ABV

Commercial Description:

Given the proximity, Zacatecas is known for mezcal produced in the style of Tequila - however, the Bañuelos family are among the few mezcaleros dedicated to producing traditional mezcal in the region. 100% Tequilana Weber, it is pit roasted, tahona ground, and spontaneously fermented - a rare chance to experience a more ancient expression of Blue Agave!
