Dona Vega Tobala Mezcal

Mezcal | 43% ABV

Commercial Description:

Small and broad leafed, the Tobalá maguey is found in high desert canyons. It is slow growing so we are careful to harvest responsibly and limit our production. Tobalá is sought after for its sweet nose, intoxicating range of flavors, and long, smooth finish.

Rounder and a more subtle smoke profile, Doña Vega Tobalá has a creamier, velvety mouthfeel. A sweet nose, an intoxicating range of flavors that include vanilla, cocoa, nougat, and toasted oak, extending through a long, smooth finish. This is a true connoisseur’s spirit with a depth of experience that continues to inspire and surprise.

Tasting nose:

Smoke, earth, leather, cedar with hints of lemon zest
