El Mero Mero 100% Agave Potatorum Mezcal

Mezcal | 48% ABV

Commercial Description:

Double distilled in copper pot stills. The maguey type Tobala (Agave Potatorum) is a wild species, grown in Stoney and steep terrain. Its maturation takes ten years and it is smaller in size in comparison to other agaves. It is therefore necessary to gather a large number of pinas to extract the best of the heart of the plant. Tobala is one of the most precious distillates and its falavor retains the intense tones of the earth in which it was born.
