Las Californias Nativo Gin

Gin | 42% ABV

Commercial Description:

las Californias is a range of gins made with botanicals from two neighboring countries—the United States and Mexico. Our gins are an exploration of the unconstrained cultural and biological diversity that flows across this region today — and, ultimately, what can transpire when we transcend artificial borders. Hyper-local foraging across this border resulted in perfect harmony—from the colder waters in Alta which provide the most flavorful kelp, to a more floral white sage in the dry deserts of Baja.

An evergreen gin crafted with herbal botanicals from both sides of the border.

appearance: Pearl with crystalline shine.

nose: Herbal and humid notes of juniper, damiana, and sage with hints of licorice, seaweed, pine, white pepper, and a floral and earthy finish.

palate: Bold and layered, with intensely expressive herbal notes. Minerality is balanced with chamomile, spearmint, and pepper. Earthy and floral with a fresh and slightly bitter finish.
