Mammoth Distilling Whiskey

American Whiskey |40% ABV

Commercial Description:

"Mammoth Whiskey is an accessible, low-proof, introductory-level American whiskey that highlights the sweetness and smoothness of corn and the fruit-forward influence of the merlot wine casks in which it’s aged. The strong wood character found in bourbon and rye whiskey is not found here; rather, Mammoth Whiskey was crafted for versatility, specifically to be used in cocktails featuring fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. It can also be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a high-ball with soda."
