To The Moon starts with a very simple grain bill of 2 row, pilsner, and a touch of carafoam. Then we blast it with a 5.5 lbs per barrel combo of Centennial and hand-selected Mosaic. Familiar flavors of citrus and pine dominate as subtle hints of blueberry and pineapple dance in the background.
