Proof and Wood 'Good Day' 21 Year Old Blended Canadian Whiskey

Whiskey | 52% ABV

Commercial Description:

Blended Canadian Whiskey sourced, blended, finished, and bottled by Proof and Wood. 8-barrel blend of Canadian whiskey distilled in 2000 from a mash bill of 97% corn, 2.7% rye, and 0.3% malted barley. Aged 21 years then finished for 3 weeks in ex-American rye barrels. A nose of green spice with hints of honey and vanilla leads to an obliging palate of caramel, citrus, and dried fruit.
