Pure Project Cool River IPA

Cold IPA | 6.5% ABV

Commercial Description:

Float downstream with our newest cold IPA in hand. Cool River features Pacific Northwest hops—Citra, Idaho 7, and Idaho 7 Cryo—over a crisp, clean base of Rahr North Star Pils malt. Fermented cold, this brew is light-bodied and clean like a lager but with the aromatics and bitterness of a West Coast IPA. Flavors of pine, resin, grapefruit, and nectarine abound. Treat your taste buds with this refreshing accompaniment on your next river adventure.
