RHUBARB & RASPBERRY SOUR

This sour brings together the tangy brightness of rhubarb and the juicy richness of ripe raspberries. Light at 4.3% ABV, it opens with a bouquet of red fruits before revealing a lively, refreshing acidity.

The rhubarb adds a clean, crisp freshness, while the raspberry softens the whole with a subtle sweetness. The body remains light and vibrant, finishing dry with a gently tart edge that immediately invites another sip.
